Who we are

Sage Aesthetics is a skin and aesthetics clinic at Kingscote Road, Dorridge, B93 8RB, run by Kristina. We decide how and why your details are used, so we are the “controller” under UK data protection law. You can reach us at admin@sageaesthetics.co.uk.

What we collect

• The consultation form: your name, phone number, your email address if you give it, the treatment you are interested in if you choose one, the page you sent it from, and the date and time.
• Messages you send us by email, phone, WhatsApp or Instagram.
• Technical data: when you visit, our hosting provider sees your IP address and basic request details in its server records. This is how any website is delivered and kept secure.
• Visit statistics: which page you opened, how far you scrolled, how long you stayed, which button you pressed (for example “Book now”), roughly where you are (country and city) and what kind of device you use. No name, no email address and no cookie is involved.

The form has no box for medical information. Please do not put health details in it. We talk about those in person, at your consultation.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

• To answer your enquiry and arrange a consultation. You asked us to, so this is a step at your request before any agreement (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Where that does not fit, it is our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us (Article 6(1)(f)).
• To keep the website secure and working. Our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).
• To see how many people visit and which parts of the website help them reach us, so that we can improve it. Our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)). You can object at any time, and we honour the “Do Not Track” and “Global Privacy Control” settings of your browser: with either switched on, nothing is counted.

If you become a client, we give you separate information about the records we keep about your care.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your details and we do not use them for advertising. These companies handle them for us or when you choose to use them:

• Vercel Inc. hosts this website and runs the form's sending function.
• Resend delivers the email that sends your enquiry to us.
• Vonaxe, the agency that built and looks after this website, runs the private dashboard in which we see the visit statistics, and Supabase hosts that dashboard's database in the EU (Frankfurt). Vonaxe acts only on our instructions.
• Google shows the map, only after you press “Show map”. See the cookie notice.
• Glowday, if you book online. Glowday is responsible for what it collects. See its own privacy information.
• Instagram (Meta) and WhatsApp, if you contact us there. Their own policies apply.

Transfers outside the UK

Vercel and Resend are US companies, so your enquiry details can be processed in the United States. Both rely on safeguards approved under UK law for such transfers, in the form of standard contractual clauses with the UK Addendum.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need to answer you, and then for up to 12 months in case you get back in touch. Visit statistics are kept for up to 14 months and are not linked to you: the visit counter turns your IP address and browser type into a random ID that changes every day, and the IP address itself is never stored. If you become a client, your records follow the retention rules for clinical records. If an email cannot be sent, your details stay in our hosting provider's error record for a short time so that we can still reply to you.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict how we use it, or to stop using it. Where it applies you can also ask for a copy in a portable format. Write to admin@sageaesthetics.co.uk and we will answer within one month.

If you are not happy with how we handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113. We would like the chance to put it right first.

Children

Our treatments are for people aged 18 and over, and this website is not meant for children.

Changes

We update this notice if what we do changes. This version is from 25 October 2026.
